This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 2, 2026. It applies to all visitors and users of eventureai.com and all tenant websites hosted on the EventureAI platform.
We collect only what you explicitly provide: your name, email address, phone number, and business information submitted through our builder or consultation process. We do not collect data passively. No analytics. No device fingerprinting. No behavioral tracking. If you visit this site and never fill out a form, we know nothing about you.
Information you provide is used exclusively to build and operate your website and integrations. Your business name appears on your site. Your email and phone are used for account communication. Your content is stored on Cloudflare R2 distributed infrastructure. We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or resale. Ever.
We use Cloudflare for edge hosting and R2 storage. We use Stripe for payment processing — Stripe has its own privacy policy governing payment data. We use Neon for database infrastructure with row-level security isolation. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, HubSpot, Intercom, or any third-party tracking service. No data leaves our infrastructure except to process payments through Stripe.
Your content is stored as long as your account is active. If you cancel your service, your content remains on distributed infrastructure (R2/IPFS) — we delete our database pointers. You may request complete deletion of all data associated with your account by emailing systems@eventureai.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
You have the right to: access all data we store about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your data, export your data in a standard format, and withdraw consent at any time. These rights apply regardless of your jurisdiction. We honor GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent privacy frameworks — not because we are legally required to in all cases, but because our architecture already exceeds their requirements.
EventureAI services are designed for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it immediately.
